The hotel provides large and comfortable rooms that are well-equipped and decorated, with very friendly staff and quick check-in and check-out processes. However, there was a noticeable smell of cigarettes in certain areas. The location is convenient, close to family, South Bank, and the Mater Hospital. The dining experience varied but showed effort to meet cultural expectations. Overall, it offers a great value for a central Brisbane location.
The hotel offers modern, clean, and spacious rooms with a nice view over the water feature, although it can get noisy due to nearby aircon units. The service provided is exceptional, with attentive and friendly staff available even late at night. The location is convenient for the Mater Hospital but slightly out of the way for public transport. The dining experience is good but not outstanding, with fresh and tasty options available. Overall, a great stay with some minor drawbacks.
The hotel had everything we needed and was a little dusty in some areas but not enough to ruin our stay. The rooms were really cool, very clean, and comfortable. The service was amazing with lovely and helpful staff. The location was perfect for my needs, very convenient with a wide choice of food nearby. The dining was nice and offered sufficient options at an acceptable quality.
